This stunning estate is set above its own private white sand beach on the shore of Magens Bay, one of the ten best beaches in the world.  Fully air-conditioned with contemporary island decor, Sand Dollar has always delighted its guests, from celebrities to U.S. Presidents.

Upper entry level opens to 2 spacious bedrooms, each with King bed, marble baths, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor showers, and an alcove with sofa bed perfect for small children.  A few steps below is the main level with a large open kitchen, formal dining area, sumptuous living area, a third bedroom and an open-air breakfast nook.

The main level opens to a short flight of stairs down to the expansive pool level and 3 air-conditioned bedroom suites, each with its own separate bath and sitting area.  The entire pool level can functioin as a living area separate from the villa above.

The pool area features a 5,000 sq ft sun deck, swimming pool, hot tub, gazebo, and a large alfresco dining area equipped with professional gas grill and sink.

Off the pool area, stairs cascade down approximately 35 feet to the magnificent white sand beach, the true crown jewel of Sand Dollar.  Whether you're into snorkeling, fishing, beachcombing, or just dangling your feet in the warm Caribbean waters, Sand Dollar is the luxury vacation of a lifetime.

Just next door is Little Sand Dollar, a newly constructed 1,400 sq ft stone cottage with a stairway down to its own private beach.  Fully air-conditioned, with well-equipped kitchen, garden showers, and covered porch overlooking Magens Bay.  Perfect for newlyweds, teenagers, and small family.  Little Sand Dollar is only available when rented in addition to Sand Dollar next door.

Terms and Conditions

  • 7 nights minimum stay
  • 8% hotel tax is not included in the rental rate
  • 50% of total rental is required at the time of booking
  • Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
  • $1,500 refundable damage deposit is required

Cancellation Policy

  • 80% of total rental can be refunded if cancellation more than 61 days prior to arrival
  • 50% of total rental can be refunded if cancellation between 45 - 60 days prior to arrival
  • No refund for within 45 days prior to arrival
