Our oceanfront, newly decorated 2BR/2BA villas at Watergate Villas East open up to a large freshwater pool, located directly on a beautiful St. Thomas beach. Both Bay Breeze and Ocean Breeze enjoy delightful year-round trade breezes and excellent views of Bolongo Bay and its beautiful Caribbean-blue water, coconut palms, and tropical flora.

Condos are in close proximity to airport and island attractions - a short 10 minutes drive west to well-known, duty-free shopping in Charlotte Amalie and 10 minutes east to the St. John ferry in Red Hook.

Our 2BR/2BA villas are perfect retreats for couples or families vacationing together. Condos have spacious, well designed layouts that promote privacy. Both have two air-conditioned bedrooms set apart from each other, and an air-conditioned living room with a queen sofabed pullout. Each oceanfront master suite with king size bed showcases breathtaking views of the pool and Caribbean Sea with large sliding glass door for patio/balcony access. Second bedroom can be configured as two twin beds or as a king bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a tub/shower and dressing area. 2BR/2BA villas can accommodate up to six persons in each. All linens are included.

Henry Link furnishings, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, designer bedding, and cool white tile floors throughout are just some of the nice appointments of the condos. Both Bay Breeze and Ocean Breeze are newly remodeled for mattresses, linens, decorations, ceiling fans and appliances.

There are three restaurants on property. Mim's Seaside Bistro, where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat shrimp, Caribbean lobster, and filet, right at the ocean's edge, as well as Iggie's On the Beach and the Bolongo Beach House Restaurant.

For those of you who may want to dine-in and enjoy the spectacular views and privacy of your own villa, each condo is equipped with a full kitchen with all of the appliances and cookware that you have at home. A dining area adjoins the living room with a large table that seats up to six persons, in addition to tables on the patio/balcony for exterior dining.

The close proximity of the condos to the pool and beach will appeal to parents and children alike. No need to pack and carry a cooler for the day. From the pool, you are within steps of your condo for cool refreshments.

We also have an oceanfront Studio condo, Palm Breeze, located in the same building, that is perfect for 2 persons, or for combining with a two bedroom condo as a rental for parties of 6 or more traveling together.

Location: Convenient & Beautiful! Condos are located on a beautiful beach in Bolongo Bay. Within 10 minutes of all island attractions. Grocery Stores, K-Mart, Duty-Free Shopping in Charlotte Amalie, Red Hook, Championship Golf Course, and Airport are within a 10 - 15 minute drive. St. John, a short ferry ride from Red Hook, St. Thomas, is a must see. British Virgin Islands are also within ferry distance.
