A Room With a View
Wine Bar & Restaurant
(340) 774-2377
Bluebeard's Castle
Intimate wine bar and bistro at Bluebeard's Castle. Enjoy spectacular views in air conditioned comfort. Seafood, chicken, pasta entrees and tempting desserts.

Room With a View is the best restaurant on St. Thomas. My husband and I went there our first night on St. Thomas. I have never had a better meal in my life. The restaurant was recently remodeld. The place looks amazing. They have glass windows all around the dineing room so you get a all around view of the island. The service was fantastic. Food was amazing, and the atmosphere was breathtaking. We ate there 8 nights out of the 14 days we were there and every night was better than the first. I can't wait to go back to the beautiful islands and our favorite place "Room With A View".

My husband and I enjoyed the food and ambience as well as the wonderful service. We stayed in St. Thomas for six nights and ate at this restaurant two nights. The Calamari Provencal is delicious. Kara - May 2007

Agave Terrace...775-4142

Enjoy a great down-island view, a menu of fresh seafood and an award-winning wine list.

"We dined at Agave on our last night in St. Thomas. It was the perfect ending to a perfect vacation. The service was spectacular. The coconut shrimp and banana fritters were wonderful, as was the view. We left with full stomachs and smiles on our faces."

My husband and I ate at the Agave Terrace on our recent trip to St. Thomas in May of 2007. We selected this restaurant due to the high rankings that it receives; however, we were not impressed with this dining experience. It took the server 30 minutes before we were offered any type of drink and we had to ask for the service. The food was mediocre but our disappointment with the service negatively impacted our taste buds. The setting is unique and again we did not fully appreciate it due to our negative experience. My husband and I recently stayed in St. Thomas for six nights and we ate at the Banana Tree Grill for two of the six nights. The dining experience was great with a lovely view and wonderful food. You have to order the bread that is on the menu even though it is extra, it is worth it.  Kara - May 2007

Inn at Blackbeard's Castle "Now known as the Inn at Blackbeard's Castle, this airy restaurant is one of the best dining experiences on the island. The open terrace dining room has great views of the harbor and town. Attentive service is a plus and the food is tops--start with a cream soup (the kitchen turns out some of the best I've had) and follow with leg of lamb in a fruity sauce. Finish with a warm pineapple tart or chocolate pound cake." - Kerri H.; January 15, 2000

"This is the best restaurant in the world, with great service and quaint, elegant ambience to match. Be sure to get the portobello mushroom appetizer -- it's outrageously delicious. The mahi mahi with lobster sauce was out of this world. Everything about Raffles was impeccable. If I'm ever fortunate enough to get back to St. Thomas, I won't eat anywhere else."

Virgilio's offers fine Italian dining in a romantic setting. Their veal dishes are excellent, as are their classic pasta entrees. Popular with the local gentry.

"Of the six restaurants we experienced last week, Virgilio's was our top pick. Cozy atmosphere, great cuisine, an ample wine list and an all-around great experience. I highly recommend this treasure of a restaurant."
