There are 42 villas and apartments and the property is secured with a security gate at the entrance and rear, even though there is security on the premises, for a peaceful vacation. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Rates are inexpensive at the moment because of the communal pool being under construction. Renting one of our villas means a great deal to us, so you don’t have to worry while on vacation. You will be well looked after in a professional manner and any request is never a problem.

Start-up food package is US$40.00
Maid service is US$15.00 daily.
Vehicle hire is US$45.00 – US$55.00 per day
Kids Club is US$50 per child, which includes meals and all activities.
Departure tax is US$20.00 per person 12 years and over.
