Four [4] separate suites are available, all with A/C; {1} Tropical Garden Suite, {2} Southern Suite and {3} Front Suite and {4} Caribbean Ocean View Suite which all open into the Lounge Area. They have all been recently renovated with new cabinets and ceramic white tiles. You can book with us if your timeshare schedule doesn't give you enough time, or if your villa only has specific days to check in. You can check in any day of the week, here.

November 16 to April 15-High Season
1-2 People: $195/day or $1200/week.
3-5 People: $240/day or $1600/week

April 16-November 15-Low Season
1-2 People: $155/daily or $1000/week.
3-5 People: $220/daily or $1200/week.
For advance reservation of 1 month and over, a deposit of $300 is required, which will be subtracted from your account. Payment  should be sent along with the rental agreement.

For reservations less than 1 month away,  you  would need to send the full amount.
Please make payment by personal checks, U.S. Postal money orders, certified bank checks or  bank money orders,  Cash and Travelers Checks accepted {American Express or Visa}.
