The new St. John house is actually 2 separate pods, each with two Master Bedroom suites and living area, separated by the 20 foot pool.
This pool has been completely redone with larger stone patio surround for awesome ocean views.

Each room has been painted a different tropical color. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen and new plasma TV.

Home owner John loves the blueberry pancakes at the nearby Donkey Diner. Sit outside and enjoy your coffee while watching the goats and wild donkeys.

Meet your new neighbors ! Wild donkeys and goats are all over St. John.
Our St John house has its own deeded beach a short walk away. Or it's a short drive over to the famous North Shore beaches.

Houses are stocked with toilet paper, all towels, clean supplies, crystal wine glasses, dinner service
for 12 people, designer kitchen, washer and dryer.
