Welcome to Jasmins villa, located in the wonderful island of St.Barths. This
precious stone has two air-conditioned bedrooms overlooling a large pool deck
and a beautiful garden. A beautifully decorated living room with pleasant views
that will invite you to relax and enjoy this paradise.
SITUATION OF THE VILLA
The villa is located at the North-East of Saint-Barthelemy, in Marigot Mont Jean
near Pointe-Milou in the very peace and quiet and residential part of the
island. It is private, without opposite. It is located near the beaches and 15
minutes from its colourful capital Gustavia.
Villa Jasmin will attract you with its charm and offer to you a warm welcome. A
welcome cocktail and breakfast on your first day are offered.
BEDROOMS
The villa is made up of two furnished and air-conditioned rooms (rented for 4
persons maximum) with Queen size beds and mosquito nets. Large wall cupboards
and commodes for personal effects.
The first bedroom opens on a deck terrace facing the swimming pool and the other
bedroom looks onto the garden planted with banana trees and exotic flowers.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is furnished with a three seats sofa. Entertainment with
satellite television with American and European channels. You can also listen
music with the Hi-fi or watch a movie with the DVD player. The telephone is also
at your disposal (cards use)
KITCHEN-BAR
The kitchen-bar is equipped with a refrigerator, an oven, a ceramic and gas
hobs, a grill, a coffee machine, a fryer, a juicer and other kitchen utensils
(various dishes)
ANNEX EQUIPMENT
The villa has a technical room equipped with a washing machine, a tumble drier,
a water tank and main water.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle with hot and cold water, WC,
washbasin and various equipment (hair drier, towels, beach towels).
SWIMMING POOL
The villa which has a protected swimming pool with deckchairs will offer to you
a few moment’s relaxation and a nice landscape, with a sea view in the distance.
SERVICES
A semi-hotel service is at your disposal, cleaning is made every day, sheets and
bathroom linen regularly changed. The swimming pool is maintained twice per
week.

Near the villa, you will find many restaurants of excellent quality with piano
