RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
1. 50% of rental plus a $200 security deposit is  required to reserve the cabana.  
2. Full refunds, less a $50 cancellation fee will be given for cancellations made 4 or more
    weeks prior to arrival.
3. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
4. Extended rentals are negotiable.
