Access to the beach (walking distance).  Community pool with gazebo and bathrooms . Community children play ground. Dorado is a very nice tourist spot located in the north coast of the Island with beautiful beaches and excellent golf courses. It is only 22 miles away from the San Juan Int'l Airport (~30 minutes). Just 5 minutes away from the Villa you will find shopping centers, supermarkets, drugstores, banks, and very good restaurants. Inside Dorado del Mar you will find one of the best golf courses in the area: Dorado del Mar Golf Course.

Booking Policy
We require 10% of the complete amount of rental in order to book the Villa.  This non-refundable check will be applicable to the rent.  It should be delivered by mail no later than 10 days after receipt of the contract.  Rent balance plus security deposit are due in full upon arrival.
