The condo is on two floors. The third floor has three bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, kitchen and large balcony. The condo is elaborately decorated with signed paintings, and expensive furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for eight.

The penthouse has panoramic ocean views, has a wet bar, serving bar, DirecTV, lounge chairs, bar stools, cocktail tables and chairs. Up to 30 guests can be entertained for cocktails.

The Ocean Point complex has three (3) swimming pools, Kiddie Park, Basketball, volleyball, tennis, a semi-private beach and an exercise room.

Once the contract is signed you will be assigned a personal guide, (Hector Sanchez) a native of Puerto Rico to assist you in all your personal needs.
