A spacious one bedroom house, set in a mature half acre hillside garden, with open plan living and dining areas. The house is perched above the southern end of Oualie Bay with magnificent views across the "Narrows" to St Kitts from the front balcony and the interior of the house. There are decks to either side of the house, accessed from the bedroom and living and dining areas, providing al fresco mealtimes and afternoon shade. There is also a lower pool deck with a 15' x 15' sq pool.

Oualie Bay is a three minute stroll away. The bay consists of a crescent shaped soft sandy beach with a small beach hotel, restaurant and bar. There is a dive shop, jetty and hire shop on the beach. The nearest shop is at Newcastle, a mile to the north. Charlestown, the capital is a six mile drive. The house is managed by Seashell Properties who meet all guests at the airport.

Yellow Bird has been let commercially since 2000. We have had very good feedback and some recommendations have resulted in further bookings. Most people say they are so comfortable and relaxed at the house they hardly leave (!), but there is lots to do on Nevis for the more active visitor.
