Nevis is a small and interesting, yet still unspoiled island in the Leeward Islands. It neighbors St Kitts, and is close to Antigua and St Maartin.

Whether you're interested in just relaxing, or want a more active vacation with water sports, tennis, golf, hiking, nature walks, or historical sightseeing, Bathridge is the ideal rental villa.

Located on a five acre estate, Bathridge has three large bedrooms, including a master suite, plus living room, separate dining room, library with wet bar, and separate gazebo and outside covered loggia. We're high enough to have wonderful views, but only a short distance from the beach. Our guests invariably have a wonderful time and enjoy Bathridge and Nevis.

Rates


Both winter and summer rates are for a one week stay of up to six people, and include the use of all estate facilities - pool, Jacuzzi, chip and putt golf - plus daily cook and maid service. Winter Rates (December 15 - May 15) $5000 Summer Rates (May 16 - December 14) $3500 There is a separate fixed food and beverage fee which includes all breakfasts and six additional meals (three each lunches and dinners). This includes your welcoming meal plus all drinks - gin, vodka, rum, tequila and scotch - as well as wine, beer, soft drinks and mixers. We will try to purchase anything special you wish locally, but it will be at your expense. You select the meals and days you wish to dine in as well as the menus you wish from our wide selection of courses after you arrive in Bathridge Food and beverage fee, per week, per couple - $455 All rates are in US dollars. We require a separate security deposit of $500 to cover any damages or telephone charges.
