Both the living room and the dining room are open, facing the terrace, the Pacific, the westerly breeze and the setting sun. Every inch of this home has been elegantly decorated with sculptures, original works of art and antique carpets.

The home has a gym with state-of-the-art workout equipment: a stair machine, treadmill, stationary bike, rowing machine and free weights. There is a fully equipped kitchen with American appliances. Their is a 40 foot swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi grace the terrace and adjoin the living room.
