Nirvana is the

beach guard will arrange for your beach lounge to be placed in the shade or in
the sun as you choose & is happy to watch all personal belongings should you
wish to take a walk, go for a water-sports ride or take a nap. Our night
watchman is on duty from sunset til sunrise while you sleep.
Nirvana also has
2 two-man kayaks that are free for the use of our guests, children must be
accompanied by an adult for using them. There is a swing set & adorable play
house for the kids right out on the beachfront.
Our thatch roofed
garden gazebo is a natural & fully shaded gathering spot for Nirvana guests
to meet & share conversation.
The new Negril
Hills 18 Hole Golf Course is a 10 min. drive from our gate.
Our recommended
drivers are happy to see to all your transportation needs, including air port
transfers at reasonable rates as well as arrange shopping trips, country tours
of all kinds & will act as your private guide. They will check with you each
day, if asked.
Our 2 & 3
bedroom family-style private garden cottages offer a unique natural beach life
environment in an exotic tropical garden filled with fruit trees, orchids, hummingbirds, butterflies
& all kinds of blooming flowers, they include fully equipped kitchens &
daily maid & cook service for 1-2 meals a day ( guests provide all groceries
needed for meal preparation)
Every cottage has
1 king-size bed & 2 twin beds in the other bedrooms, they are set under
shady trees are fully screened & have ceiling fans in all rooms.
Our lovely
air-conditioned honeymoon suite is a romantic oversize room w/ king-size bed, walk-in
closet, tile & marble bath and a private 20'x20' deck that's open to the sky
& has total privacy from any neighbors. The ocean view is breathtaking &
all yours !
We also feature 2
special spacious & luxurious beachfront veranda suites which are fully
air-conditioned with a complete kitchenette, big posh tiled bathroom with a
bidet & double sink vanity & separate dressing room. These two suites
are completely private & each features a romantic 4 poster king-size bed w/
netting . The ocean & beachfront view from your private veranda is a
romantic memory maker & the perfect spot for sunset watching.
Extra services
such as day trips to the countryside, several pristine waterfalls, Black River
Safari & many other beautiful tours as well as all watersports activities
& personal services such as laundry & babysitting are easily arranged at
your request to our manager.

Cottage 1 has three bedrooms and
accommodates six people.
There is a half-bath in the cottage, and one full modern
bathroom with an open-tiled shower right outside.
$175/night for two people.
Cottage 2 is larger, and features three
bedrooms, which
accommodates six people. There is one full bathroom in
the cottage, and another full bathroom just outside.
$180/night for two people.
Cottages 3, & 4 can each accommodate
four people.
They feature two large bedrooms, one deluxe tiled bathroom
inside, and a lovely open family room/kitchen.
The price is $180/night for two people.
Cottage # 5 is our newest cottage & is
even more spacious,
it is our only unit designed with handicapped access,
and has a huge bathroom, living/dining area, and kitchen.
$185/night for two people
Add $30/night for each additional person over the first two guests
in all cottages.
The romantic air-conditioned sun deck suite has a
king-size bed in a lovely beachfront room with a fabulous
ocean view & features a large open sun deck with total privacy
from any neighbors.
It has a nice tiled bathroom & a large walk-in closet.
There is a coffeemaker, blender, toaster & mini-fridge in the room,
The ocean view is breathtaking, and it's all yours!
$180/night for two people.
We also feature two special & elegant 1 BR veranda suites
which have a romantic four-poster bamboo king-size bed with netting,
a full kitchenette
with a coffeemaker, blender, toaster, fridge, & 1 burner.
The Veranda suites
have an exotic outdoor shower as well as
a lovely tile
bathroom with another shower, a bidet, and a separate large
his-and-hers dressing room.

The view from your private oceanfront verandah is a romantic
memory-maker, and it's the perfect spot for sunset watching,
$225/night for two people.
Please add 8.5% JA hotel tax and
10% gratuity for the staff tip pool as your only tip, to all
rentals.
Roll-a-way beds are available in any unit to accommodate extras.
All units have in-room security boxes.
We are at a 30% discount from the above WINTER rates
in the
off-season, from May 1 to Dec. 15
DEPOSIT AND
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A
50% Deposit is required to hold reservations at Nirvana.
This is because we have such a limited number of rental
units and we will
refuse any potential inquiries for
the unit and the dates you have reserved.
Your deposit guarantees that the reservation you have made
will be held for you.
All deposits received will be
confirmed by email or regular mail.
Balance of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival, unless
alternative arrangements
have been made in writing.
All cancellations are subject to a 1
night cancellation fee.
Balance of deposit (less the one night Cancellation Fee) is
refundable if
Nirvana is notified 60 days prior
to arrival.
Any cancellations of a booking or reductions in length of
stay or in number
of
guests reserved received after the 60 day limit are
non-refundable unless
we can re-rent the space.
Cancellations for the holiday months
of December and January must be received by October 1st, or
are subject to a non-refundable holiday season policy.
By making a
reservation with Nirvana you are agreeing to the above
terms.
