Relaxing in Paradise...

 Our vacation villa is situated within a small resort of European owners.
 Although it is an ideal destination for an individual holiday far away from mass tourism, you won't miss your accustomed standards because a crew of our English, German and Spanish speaking partners on the resort will take wonderful care of you. As soon as you have arrived a breakfast will be served for you the first morning and you will be able to relax and immediately enjoy your vacation. After that you can take a swim in your own pool, dive in the Caribbean Sea to discover the beauty of the underwater world, test the winds and waves with your own surf-board or enjoy the beautiful tropical area with a walk on the beach, which is naturally left with stones (wearing sandals is recommended!).

The resort's restaurant, which serves Caribbean and international cuisine and beverages, is located 150 m away from the villa. If you prefer preparing your own dinner, you will be able to fire your own barbecue and dine within the tropical atmosphere on the patio or in the pavilion.

A house you dream of...the villa has two or three air-conditioned bedrooms (depending on the number of guests), each of them with a private bathroom. Towels and blankets are provided and changed weekly by our partners. Kitchen, living - and dining room are completely furnished and contain everything you need in your vacation household. A large patio with a view over the Caribbean Sea completes the marvelous atmosphere guarantying a relaxing holiday.

The temper of the Dominican residents shows obviously in their favorite dance "the meringue" and is one of the best reasons to enjoy your holidays in this beautiful country.

Moreover, you will be able to discover various interesting sites and aspects. For example, the different climate - and vegetation zones, shores with beautiful beaches, shadows pending palm yards, big plantings, the wild tropical nature of the untouched interior country and a rich culture.

Maybe you'll find time to make a trip to Santo Domingo (70km), capital of the country and the first city founded by the Spanish conquerors whose colonial glory you can still feel by walking through the streets of the historic city. If you are planning to discover the various impressive sides of nature you can make a trip to the mountains in the middle of the country and cool down in one of the numerous waterfalls or just watch crocodiles, flamingoes and leguanes as well as tropical birds at the "Lago Enriquillo". Such excursions and much more can be easily booked at our local partners.

Cala Linda, our vacation villa is situated on the southern coast of the island.

The city of Bani (51.000 inh.) is about 3 ½ miles away. A delivery service by our local partners contains beverages, removal of the bottles, a weekly house cleaning and the garden and pool services. Various other goods can be ordered, too and will be brought directly to the house.

Energy (110V/220V) is provided as well as warm water and if there should be any problems an emergency energy agregate will be at your service.

Each person will be provided with visa sent to you together with a booking confirmation at a price of 15 US dollars. We are pleased to invite you to our tropical dream and ask you to send the enclosed holiday contract filled out and signed back to us.
