Hodgesview Cottage

Our cottage is a new two-bedroom structure built on a hillside overlooking the ocean and mountains. One bedroom has a double bed and one has two single beds, both bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is complete with dishes, cooking utensils, fridge and stove.

In general, we describe the area of Calibishie as being rural. It is the kind of place where you can walk along dirt roads through the jungle to take pictures of birds and plants or walk the paved road into the village for groceries. The walk to Hodges Beach is approximately 10 minutes. Pointe Baptiste Beach and Woodford Hill Beach are also nearby. There is a post office, grocery store, Credit Union and restaurants in the village. The town of Portsmouth has a PADI dive center. Bus transportation is nearby. Other tourist attractions you may find on the Dominica website.

01 Dec to 30 Apr is 580USD per week or 100USD per night. 01 May to 30 Nov is 490USD per week and $90USD per night. A 50% deposit payable by certified cheque or money order is required to confirm a reservation.
