Aqualife
is located in Spanish Water Resort, directly on the “Spanish Water”, a large
tranquil inlet of the Caribbean Sea on the east side of the island. The Spanish
Water Resort is home to some magnificent waterfront homes and villas. This
location is just 15 minutes drive from town center (downtown Willemstad) and 20
minutes from the airport. Not too far from Aqualife (10 min. drive) you will
find several restaurants, beaches, water activities, grocery store, laundry and
more.
This location offers one of the islands’ most beautiful settings. It’s
location is ideal for water sports enthusiasts since one can swim, dive, sail,
rent a fishing charter, snorkel and canoe nearby.
The resort is very cozy, private and safe. The property is secured by remote
controlled gate so only guests and staff have access to the property. All units
are privately owned. They were furnished and decorated by each owner, so no two
bungalows are identical. All bungalows have 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning, 2
bathrooms, a spacious front terrace covering the whole length of the bungalow, a
living room and an open kitchen. Bungalows are equipped with cable TV, stereo
with CD player, and direct line telephone. Kitchens are equipped with toaster,
stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, all cooking ware and kitchen
utensils.
Bungalows are best suited for 1 to 4 guests. However one more bed can be added
for a child making maximum occupancy 5 guests. A fee of $20 per day applies for
extra person. Both bedrooms are of equal size and have a queen size bed or two
single beds. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom.
Upon arrival guests will be welcomed at the airport by our host. She will show
guests where they can pick up car rental. Then she will guide guests (in a
separate vehicle) to Aqualife. Upon arrival she will give guests a tour of the
property and bungalow, provide guests with check-in form that they need to fill
out, and give them our welcome package with lots of information on things to see
and do on the island. She will then show on our detailed island road map where
the grocery store, laundry, restaurants, downtown and beaches are located.
Bungalows are cleaned prior to arrival and once a week during stay. Bed and bath
linens are provided when bungalows are cleaned.
Amenities in bungalows include cable TV, telephone, and radio/stereo.
There are two small beaches on this property and a swimming pool.
