4,000 square foot, brand new (2001) 4BR/4BA Villa located on the (very quiet & private) Northside of Grand Cayman (Old Man Bay) with its own beautiful  white-sand beach and 1,000 sq. ft.(25' x 40'), screen-enclosed courtyard  with private pool directly on the Caribbean! The pool is heated in winter, Dec 15 - April 15. The screened "atrium"  is a large living room on the beach. Our beach (100 feet deep behind house) also has a large  (20x14) gazebo (with hammocks) from which to watch sunsets/kids in water. Two Master Suites (King Master is 18' x 18'; Queen Master is 18' X 16'), One Twin Bedroom (2 beds; 16' x 12'), and One Double Bunkroom (4 beds; 18' x 12') can house a strict  total of 10 persons (6 Adults Max). Perfect for a large family with grandparents or 2 medium-sized families. House is very "open-architecture" designed, with rustic Cayman features. All bedrooms have white-painted, vaulted ceilings and the vaulted living room (with cupola skylight) boasts  30 ft. of sliding glass doors that catch the constant trade wind breezes. 3-Zone Central Air-Conditioning and state-of-the-art water filtration system. No smoking or  pets please. House is all on one level and has 3 ft. interior doors with ADA locksets (thus permitting handicap/wheelchair access to all rooms/bathrooms). For additional privacy, the grounds measure out at almost an acre, and the house is set back 200 feet from the road (unusual on the island).
