2001 - 2002 Rental Rates:


High Season (December 15-April 14)-Rates based on specific dates:

US$1,500-US$1,800 per week (Christmas&New Year are US$1,800 per week).  Maximum occupancy:  six people.

Off Season (April 15-December 14)-Rates based on specific dates:

US$1,200-US$1,400 per week
(Pirate's Week, last week of Oct. is US$1,400/week)
The Cayman Island Government requires a 10% lodging tax on all rental condos, hotels, apartments and homes. 
Optional daily maid service @ US$20 per day.
A deposit equal to 50% of the total is required within seven business days to confirm your reservation.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
All cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of 10% of the total rental cost. Cancellations received 60 days (90 days for Christmas bookings) or less prior to departure are subject too a charge of 35%. Cancellations received 30 days (60 days for Christmas bookings) or less prior to departure are Non-Refundable unless the property is re-rented to another party for the same rate. (Although every effort is made to re-rent the accommodation to another party, we strongly urge that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.)
