Situated on the beautiful, unspoiled Caribbean island of Virgin Gorda, SEASCAPE VILLA offers breath-taking views of the sparkling blue-green waters of the famous North Sound and Atlantic Ocean. This 3000 square foot holiday hideaway is built of natural stone on a 3/4 acre hillside parcel, with its own spectacular pool, overlooking Leverick Bay, as well as easy access to a private residents sandy beach and resort facilities. Elegantly furnished and beautifully appointed with art native to the area, it provides privacy and comfort - the perfect retreat from everyday pressures. With terraces on three sides, offering both shade and sun, the house is surrounded by attractive gardens with flowering oleander, bougainvillea and hibiscus. The large living area is luxuriously and comfortably furnished. Huge windows on all sides provide panoramic views of adjacent islands and sailing boats. The terraces provide for outdoor cooking and dining, the perfect place to relax in the cool breezes and watch magnificent sunsets. Two bedroom wings, one on each side of the living area, provide private sleeping arrangements, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen size bed and twin beds, each with full bath and patio. There are additional sleeper sofas for guests. The kitchen is well planned and fully equipped with an adjoining laundry room.

  • Our island is an aquatic wonderland, all year round. You'll find spectacular sailing, diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, sports-fishing, parasailing and, of course, a lively nightlife with fine dining and exotic shopping for the whole family. Highlights of Virgin Gorda include:

  • Sports at Leverick Bay Resort and Marina - down the hill from our Villa with sailing, scuba diving, wind surfing, kayaking, water skiing, deep sea fishing, power boating.
