3 night minimum except Dec 15-Jan 15 is 7 night minimum Rates are for entire villa with sailboat, kayak, daily maid, grocery delivery, prestocked bar, & rental car delivery included. Optional gourmet chef service available for a fee. May 1-December 15 $250/night for 2 guests max, $300/night for 4 guests max, $350/night for 6 guests max RATES December 15-April 30 $350/night for 2 guests max, $500/night for 4 guests max, $600/night for 6 guests max Groups of 7-8-9 are prorated, playpen/crib available North bedroom=1 King, East bedroom=1 King + 1 Twin, Loft suite=4 Twins 7% Tax, 10% service charge and $500 damage deposit added to above rates.
