Weekly rental rates (through April 2008)
$2975.00 per
week.
Additional nights: $425.00
Price includes cleaning.
In addition, there is always a 7% government accommodations tax.
As of May 1,
2008 the weekly rate will be $3,500.00.
Additional nights will be $500 each.
Shorter stays
than 7 nights may be possible, depending on availability. Call or
e-mail for rates.
Longer stays than 7 nights are always welcome.
During the Christmas/New Years (2008/2009) time period the rate is $650 per day for the entire house with a minimum stay of 10 days (ie. $6500). Additional days during this time period are at the regular published rate (as above).
The house can accommodate a maximum of six guests.
Check-in time must be after 4 p.m. Check-out time must be prior to 10 a.m. Any arrangements other than this must be cleared in advance with management
