Two bedroom, two bathroom villa in the popular area of Sunset Crest on Holetown. Each bedroom has ceiling fans as well as token operated air conditioners (USD5.00 for 12 hours). The kitchen, living, dining and front patio also have ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster and full range of utensils. The villa is tastefully decorated in rattan and wood furnishing and has been recently renovated and enlarged.

A mere 5 minute walk from Baku complex which villa guests have access to the pool and beach facility. Also in proximity of supermarkets, banks, shops, ATM's, tennis courts, dive shop, beauty salon, 24 hour convenience store, post office and doctor's office. Also close to numerous restaurants ranging from casual beach bars to upscale restaurants.

Maid services in provided every third day (linens and towels provided - no beach towels). CD player and telephone available. Airport transfers, grocery starter pack, car rental, restaurant reservations, excursions, etc., can all be arranged prior to arrival.
