The Look-Out is a beautiful, brand new, private villa, built in a grove of Cabbage Palms high on the side of a hill overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Each of main rooms looks out onto the blue Atlantic. The living room and 2nd bedroom/den open directly onto the main patio with its unobstructed, 180 degree view of the Atlantic. Great for relaxing in the chaise lounges and soaking up some sun while enjoying the magnificent view of the Atlantic.

With 1100 sq. ft of space, the villa is extremely spacious for a couple and very comfortable for four. The Look-Out is beautifully decorated in a casual, comfortable Caribbean style. There are ceramic tile floors, cypress wood vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans through out. The fully equipped galley style kitchen makes cooking a breeze.

The villa is ideal as your own private retreat to relax and unwind or as a base from which to explore the island of Eleuthera. There are four lovely beaches near by for swimming or snorkeling. Tennis courts and one of Eleuthera's finest restaurants, the Rainbow Inn, are a 5 minute walk away.

After August 7, 2002 rate is $850/week.

Minimum of 1 week, extra days may be possible.  Sunday arrival, Saturday departure preferred.

50% deposit due upon booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

$250 security deposit due 60 days prior to arriving.
