Sleeps five comfortably (1 bedroom = queen bed, 1 bedroom = 1 twin and 1 bunk bed), cot available for 6th person. Children OK.

Caretaker is one mile away. 16,000btu A/C in living room, 6,000btu A/C in master bedroom. House is located on a full acre of land planted with fruit trees, coconut trees, and flowering shrubs. Linens (towels, sheets, pillowcases ,wash cloths) provided, electricity from main Abaco Island provided. 4-burner propane stove, full kitchen. Boat rentals and golf cart rentals available.

$850/week for 4 persons. $50/week for additional persons (6 maximum capacity). Rental agreement required. Reservation deposit of $200 required, turns into breakage deposit which is then returned approx 45 days after end of stay (assuming no damage/breakage to/in house).
